Build a baseline before optimizing
The best competitive settings are the ones that make important information easy to see and repeatable actions easy to control. Begin with a stable frame rate, clear visual hierarchy, comfortable input, readable audio cues and a field of view or camera that supports your role. Record the baseline before changing it.
For a Mobile Strategy such as Clash Royale, prioritize camera control, readable information, efficient hotkeys, clear effects and stable performance. A setting is useful only when it supports the decisions the game asks you to make; a copied number without that context is just a different default.
Test one change with a real question

Do not evaluate a new setting only by your best highlight. Track common actions and mistakes. Keep settings connected to practice
Use one deck long enough to recognize common matchups and the minimum safe defense. Review the first avoidable negative trade and whether it forced later overspending. Practice tracking four-card cycle and rough elixir without letting the count distract from placement. Build a plan for bad matchups that defines a realistic damage window instead of waiting for a perfect counterpush.
Lock the setup long enough to learn it. Hardware, role, posture and preference mean there is no single perfect configuration for every player.
