Roles should reduce confusion, not limit adaptation
Write one primary responsibility for each player and keep the wording observable: who starts the call, who creates first contact, who stabilizes the round and who owns the late decision.
Use the sheet as a starting agreement. Review it after several matches and change responsibilities when the evidence shows a better fit.
