Saved items can be deleted at any time. The Download backup button creates a file you can keep privately; nothing is posted publicly and no account is required. Reopen the page later to edit your plan by deleting an old entry and saving a clearer replacement. Use short, specific titles so the list remains easy to scan when it grows.
